Welcome, I’m Emma Rose, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Therapist, dedicated to fostering diversity and authenticity within mental health care.
Embracing my identity as both queer and neurodivergent has been a profound journey, enriching my understanding of the intricate relationship between self-awareness and mental well-being. I believe in the transformative power of self-discovery and self-acceptance, empowering individuals to embrace their true selves with compassion and courage.
As an advocate for authenticity, I believe in tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each person’s unique needs. Drawing from various modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), art therapy, shame resilience, trauma recovery, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and narrative therapy, I work alongside you to find an approach that works for you.
